Physician Leader with 25+ years experience leading in high acuity, safety net, managed care, public health and private practice settings. I am passionate about population health, using data to improve care and reducing health care cost while improving outcomes. My career has focused on helping physicians and teams innovate to improve care and restore joy in practice, while increasing access to care for vulnerable populations through primary care redesign and a focus on social determinants of health.
